"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Yo. c: I'm Lexie~. Born in England, currently residing on the little ol' island of New Zealand. Completely self-taught artist, hoping to improve just through practice. I'm also a rower, and have been for 2 years. Netball was my first club sport, been at it for 7 years now. My most recent sporting discovery is fencing, which I've been doing for about 6 months.
